🌕 Full Moon Jetty Jump Soul Circle

New Year Edition

with Seeking Wilder, Jarna Saunders + Haylee Guiver

Saturday 3rd January · 7.00am
Palm Beach Jetty, Corner of Esplanade & Fisher St

Let’s start the year like this

Not rushed.
Not alone.
Not trying to reinvent yourself before you’ve even had a breath.

Let’s start the year together.
By the ocean.
With warm drinks in our hands, salt in the air, and a Full Moon rising in Cancer.

This circle isn’t about “new year, new you”.
It’s about new year, same you, but more held.

More connected.
More honest.
More in your body.

A softer, braver beginning.

Why this Full Moon matters

The first Full Moon of the year falls in Cancer, the sign of home, safety, emotional truth, and nervous system regulation.

Cancer reminds us that before we grow, we need to feel safe.
Before we leap, we need to land.
Before we decide where we’re going, we need to feel where we are.

This Full Moon is an invitation to:

• release what you don’t want to carry into the year ahead
• honour what the last year moved through you
• set intentions that feel kind, not forced
• begin the year from inside yourself, not from pressure

And doing that in community, by the ocean, changes everything.

So… what actually happens?

We gather by the water as the morning wakes up.
No rushing. No awkward icebreakers. Just humans arriving.

We start with a gentle drop-in.
Breath back into the body.
Warm mugs between hands.
A sense of “oh… I’m glad I came”.

We’ll work with the Full Moon energy through conversation, intention-setting, and embodied ritual. Nothing performative. Nothing you need to get “right”.

Then comes the jetty jump moment.

You might:
• jump
• wade
• swim
• or stay wrapped in your blanket, cheering others on

There is zero pressure to enter the water.
The ritual is symbolic.
The magic is in the choice, not the jump.

This is about courage that feels gentle.
Bravery that comes from safety.
And being witnessed in whatever choice you make.

What this morning will feel like

Like a deep exhale after a big year.
Like laughing with women who feel familiar, even if you’ve just met.
Like your shoulders dropping without you realising they were tense.

Expect:
• ocean air and Full Moon energy
• warmth, humour, and honest conversation
• moments of softness and quiet courage
• connection without small talk
• that calm, clear feeling of “this is how I want to begin”

This isn’t a workshop.
It’s not self-improvement.
It’s a Soul Circle.

A place to arrive, not perform.

🌕 Your Guides for This Circle

🌊 Courtney Wilder · Seeking Wilder

Courtney is the founder of Seeking Wilder and the creator of the Full Moon Jetty Jump Soul Circle series.

Her work blends emotional embodiment, seasonal living, intuitive astrology, and lived experience. She’s known for holding spaces that feel like a deep exhale. Places where women soften, laugh, cry, and remember themselves without pressure to fix or perform.

Courtney believes safety is the foundation for real change.
That community is medicine.
And that when women feel held enough to be honest, clarity comes naturally.

This series is her devotion to beginning again gently, with the body leading the way.

🌿 Jarna Saunders · Playing the Fool

Jarna is a Life and Relationship Coach, storyteller, and founder of the #itssafetobesoft movement.

For over 12 years, she’s been guiding women back to courage, intimacy, and self-trust through humour, heart, and hard-earned truth.

Jarna teaches that softness is not weakness.
That choosing yourself is sacred.
And that playing the fool is often the bravest thing you can do.

Expect warmth, perspective shifts, and moments that make you laugh and go “oh… yeah”.

📸 Haylee Guiver · Body-Empowerment Photographer

Haylee captures women in their realness.
Not perfection, but presence.

Her work invites you to see your body through a compassionate lens, to trust it, and to honour it exactly as it is. She holds deeply safe, supportive containers that remind you your body is not something to fix or manage.

Her presence in this circle is a gentle reminder that embodiment starts with kindness.

This circle is for you if…

• You want to start the year feeling grounded, not depleted
• You’re tired of pushing yourself into clarity
• You crave community without small talk
• You want ritual that feels real and embodied
• You’re ready to soften and still be brave
• You love the idea of beginning the year with water, women, and warmth

You’re invited.

Come jump.
Come wade.
Come sit and sip something warm.
Come meet new faces and familiar souls.
Come start the year feeling held, connected, and clear enough.

We’d love to begin this next chapter with you.

See you by the sea, love.
