My biggest takeaways from this course are that I can implement Pleasure and play into my entire day, even when I'm working. After contraction, comes the expansion. Completely switch off from business when I have my wife hat on, mum hat on, etc etc. Fill my cup and letting others benefit from the OVERFLOW of my cup!!
