In this episode Courtney speaks with Carmen from Cloudy Confections about setting boundaries, work life balance, the power in saying no as well as the freedom in surrender.

Carmen is the owner and artisan behind Cloudy Confections. Based in Perth, this Mumma of one creates incredibly delicious gourmet marshmallows that will take you on a trip to heaven.
Being a triple Aries, she is all about passion, ambition, and individuality. She has an intense drive to forge her own path in the business world and is inspired by people who “do it their way.”
Carmen dreams on expanding her business in the years to come, and to create an environment to inspire, support and nurture the amazing community she has created. 
It has not been an easy journey, but she faces each challenge with determination and an eagerness to learn and grow to be the best version of herself.

Courtney and Carmen take a glimpse into both Carmen’s personal chart and business’s chart, using both as an insight for the characteristics of both.
