Soul Seeker Society Client Agreement

 

Client Name: 

 This Agreement is entered into between Seeking Wilder (the “Company”) and the above-named client (the “Client”) regarding participation in The Soul Seeker Society (the “Program”).

 

1. Confidentiality Clause

Seeking Wilder is committed to providing you with a safe, supportive and positive Program experience.
By joining The Soul Seeker Society, you agree to follow all Program guidelines and respect the energetic, emotional and intellectual container we hold.

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private. This includes any personal, emotional or business details shared within sessions, live circles, community spaces or written communications.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Company respects your privacy and agrees not to disclose any confidential information shared by the Client.
Likewise, the Client agrees not to share, copy, reproduce or use any of the Company’s proprietary materials outside the Program.

“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to: coaching tools, rituals, meditations, astrology frameworks, tarot teachings, written content, workbooks, charts, original methodologies, business systems and any unique intellectual property belonging to Seeking Wilder or The Soul Seeker Society.

3. Client Intellectual Property Obligations

By joining The Soul Seeker Society, the Client agrees to:

1. Not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, program materials or intellectual property belonging to Seeking Wilder.
   

2. Recognise that all Program content is confidential, proprietary and owned solely by the Company.
   

3. Not disclose Program content or other participants’ experiences outside the container.
   

4. Use all materials solely for personal transformation, not to teach, replicate, rebrand or distribute.
   

5. Acknowledge that any breach may result in legal action. The Client agrees the Company may seek injunctive relief and full compensation for damages and legal fees due to misuse of proprietary material.
   

The energetic integrity of this space matters deeply. Thank you for honouring it.

4. Payment and Fee Schedule

The Soul Seeker Society offers several payment options so you can choose the rhythm that feels most aligned for your season.

Program Investment Options:
 

• Digital Membership: $47 per month or $12 per week
• Digital Membership + Printed Guidebook: $80 per month or $21 per week
• Annual Plan: One upfront payment with savings applied (price listed at checkout)
• Any promotional discounts or Early Bird codes applied at checkout

All pricing is displayed clearly at the time of purchase.

Payment Plan Commitment (Subscription Model)

The Soul Seeker Society is a subscription membership, and you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. 

When you cancel:
 

• You will continue to have access for the remainder of the paid period
• Future payments will stop
• Refunds are not provided for previously processed payments or missed participation

It is the Client’s responsibility to manage cancellations prior to the next billing date.

Billing Frequency:
Payments are processed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout (weekly, monthly or annually).

All payments are due as outlined in the checkout and are considered accepted when the Client completes purchase.

5. Refund Policy

1. The Soul Seeker Society operates as a subscription membership and is non-refundable.
   This means that once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-use of the Program, missed sessions, or change of mind.

2. The Client may cancel their subscription at any time.
   When cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further payments will be charged.
   Refunds are not provided for previously billed periods, partial months, accidental purchases, or unused access.

3. If an annual membership is purchased, this is considered one full payment for a twelve-month period and is also non-refundable. The Client will maintain access for the full duration.

This policy exists to honour the energetic exchange and integrity of this work.

6. Late Fees

The Client is responsible for ensuring all subscription payments are made on time.

1. If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry the payment. The Client will receive an email notification to update their payment details.
   

2. If payment is not successfully made within three (3) days, access to the Program may be paused until payment details are updated.
   

3. If the account remains unpaid for 30 days, the Client’s Soul Seeker Society membership may be automatically cancelled, and access to all Program materials and community spaces will be removed.
   

4. Once cancelled due to non-payment, the Client may rejoin in the future at the current available price, subject to any updated Program inclusions or terms at that time.

7. Cancellation Policy

The Soul Seeker Society is a flexible subscription.

1. The Client may cancel their membership at any time through their account portal or by contacting [email protected]
   

2. Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
   Payments already processed before cancellation are not refundable.
   

3. Upon cancellation, the Client retains access to all Program content until the end of the period already paid for.
   

4. No penalties or additional fees apply for cancellation.
   Rejoining the Program in the future will be subject to the pricing and terms available at that time.
   

5. If the Client enrolled during a promotional period or with access to bonuses, those bonuses are forfeited upon cancellation and may not be reinstated.

8. Program Inclusions

The Soul Seeker Society includes access to:

• Monthly house based guidebooks
  

• New Moon Soul Navigation sessions
  

• Full Moon Homecoming Circles
  

• Tarot readings and intuitive Q&A
  

• Meditations, rituals and embodiment practices
  

• Astrology education and seasonal teachings
  

• Private online community access
  

• Replays for all sessions
  
  

Any additional inclusions will be listed on the Program sales page at the time of enrolment.

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Client and Seeking Wilder and overrides all prior discussions or representations.
Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, the Client confirms that they:

• Have read, understood and agreed to this entire Agreement
  

• Acknowledge the confidentiality, payment and participation requirements
  

• Take full responsibility for completing the payment schedule selected
  

• Understand the non-refundable nature of the Program
